Occorre dunque rettificare la precedente informativa poich\u00e9, anche se la norma prevede che, qualora non venga emanato il DPCM entro febbraio per il MUD dell\u2019anno in corso devono usarsi le procedure previgenti (e scadenza \u00e8 al 30 Aprile) , in barba a ci\u00f2, sia il Ministero dell’Ambiente che Ecocamere hanno comunicato che tale DPCM si applica gi\u00e0 la dichiarazione del 2023, relativa ai dati 2022<\/p>\n
